It has 100% solid content and exists in powder state. There is no need to add solvent in the use process.So cmpare with traditional PPGI,the paint coating can be easily reach 45um and above with just one time painting.But the traditional PPGI coating will take three times,so it means it cuts the cost a lot.What's more,it comes with a extraordinary anti-corrosion advantage and obviously service life will be longer also,normally will be 3-5 times compare to PPGI.
